Billing questions
What counts as a pack?
Measuring a site, or a page of one, that you have not measured in the last 30 days. Opening gallery packs and packs you already made never counts.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan is the trial: 10 packs a month with a free account, and no card needed. Pro starts when you pay, and you can cancel any time.
What happens to my private packs if I cancel?
They stay yours to open and download. New measurements follow the Free plan, and your API keys stop working until you are back on Pro.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are not refunded for part of a period. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us at the address on the privacy page.
How do I pay?
By card, or another method Stripe offers where you live. Stylepack never sees your card number.
